Elementals could be dangerous creatures if they could be created. By utilizing all the elements, they would likely bring widespread destruction and possibly the end of entire civilizations. If an elemental were to be created, there would likely be no possible way to control it. Even if one could, it is unlikely to be controlled for long. If anything were to go wrong with the care of a created elemental, the realm the creature was unleashed in would be destroyed. As a result, I call you and move you to outlaw any exploration and investigation towards creating elementals. In fact, I move to outlaw the creation of aniforma in general due to the inherent risk of accidentally creating an elemental. If we fail to do so, we risk the destruction of Alium or even Terra.
In order to press this issue even further, I aim to reveal one possible way an elemental could be created in order to force action on this topic. The leading ideology for elemental ideology is that an elemental is composed of equal parts of each of the core six elements: fire, water, earth, quicksilver, dark, and light. The remaining question, then, is how these things are combined and in which order. I argue, however, that the last two elements, dark and light, are not involved in this process. Instead, the other four elements are the only ones necessary, albeit, not the only ones used, in the creation of the elemental.
First, the elemental must be outlined by quicksilver much like all of the original forty-two aniforma Thoma Rattius created are. The elemental will likely follow the pattern all other aniforma have followed, so quicksilver is the first just as the original aniform, rattius, was created primarily with quicksilver. Next, fire must be added to the mix in order to create aggression and will within the creature. Much like fire based aniforma, this elemental aniform will be able to create and control heat. Earth will then be added to give the creature the ability to absorb attacks and prevent injury. In this way, the elemental aniform will use the abilities of the earth type aniforma and absorb nutrients from the sun itself. If the other elements have been accounted for, water must be used so that the elemental can move and defend against attack. Like water aniforma, it will be able to quench fire and affect the environment in ways the others cannot.
Despite these ideas, I do not think the elemental can be created without sacrifice. Much like certain aniforma cannot be created without destroying a different aniform, the elemental will likely need to use other aniforma in its creation. I assume that there will be three aniforma, one fire, one earth, and one water, that will have to be absorbed in order to become the elemental. These aniforma may or may not exist yet. Only experimentation will show, but these three must each hold the same amount of their respective element in relation to the others.
With this information, I assume there will be steps taken to prevent the elemental from being created. We already know the risks of letting this experimentation go without careful watch. We know the risks of letting this experimentation continue. Outlaw these practices to protect the realms or else we risk losing not only our lives, but the lives of even nonpractitioners and those who cannot defend themselves or even comprehend these creatures.
